- Why does my AC freeze up?

- How often should I service my system?

- What does refrigerant do?
- Refrigerant moves heat out of your home. Leaks reduce cooling and can damage the compressor — we find and fix leaks when repair is practical, and discuss options when it isn’t.
- Why is my electric bill so high?
