Do you offer emergency HVAC service?
Emergency availability changes with call volume and location. Call (480) 671-8137 or the secondary office line at (623) 486-9592; the office will confirm current coverage and timing.
Do you serve both residential and commercial customers?
Residential HVAC is the primary focus. Commercial repair, replacement, and maintenance requests begin with a scope check because equipment, controls, access, and location vary. See the commercial HVAC request guide and contact the office to confirm fit.
Repairs, Installs & Maintenance
How often should I service my AC in Arizona?
At least twice a year — spring before cooling season and fall before heating season. East Valley summers push systems hard; regular tune-ups keep efficiency up and breakdowns down. Our Cool Club plan includes both inspections. See AC maintenance and tune-ups.
Why is my AC blowing warm air?
Low refrigerant, failing electrical parts, dirty coils, or thermostat issues are common. We diagnose the full system first — start with AC repair or call for emergency service in extreme heat.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?

What is the Cool Club maintenance plan?
Cool Club is our membership plan starting at $9.99 per month per system. It includes spring and fall tune-ups, priority service, 10% off repairs, and an extra year of warranty on needed repairs.
Do you install heat pumps and ductless mini-splits?
